I've held P&L ownership and executive leadership roles across the full spectrum of Service, SaaS, and tech-enabled operations. I've built international sales teams, customer success organizations, professional services practices, and partner networks. I've opened companies in four international locations and guided operations through the Global Financial Crisis, COVID-19, and numerous market-specific challenges.

Beyond Work

When I'm not working with clients, you might find me hiking, skiing, or on the river in Montana. I’ve lived in the Bozeman, Montana area for the last 23 years, including a 7-year detour in Scotland to grow an AI-enabled SaaS high-growth company. Our three boys were born here, and my wife is a local teacher.

I hold a Bachelor's in Business from Taylor University and an MBA from the University of Montana. I'm committed to giving back to the Montana business community through pro bono advisory for select nonprofits and offering accessible rates for local businesses that need support.
