I take a discovery-first approach to ensure mutual fit before committing to longer-term engagements.
Initial engagement: 1-3 month assessment and discovery period to validate fit through workshops, assessments, and initial projects.
Ongoing engagements: Structured as monthly retainers, quarterly advisory arrangements, or project-based engagements depending on your needs.
Local Montana focus: I offer accessible rates for Montana-based businesses and pro bono advisory for select nonprofits as a way of giving back to the community.
